I have to say that I was leery going into a luxury dealership looking to buy a used car that was not super high value; I was pleasantly wrong-headed.I expected to be treated like a second class custom dealership looking to buy a used car that was not super high value; I was pleasantly wrong-headed.I expected to be treated like a second class customer at best. Instead Jorge treated me like I was the most important deal that he had ever tried to close. And the finance guys (Mike & Mike) were absolutely low pressure. Nobody tried to force anything down my throat, or corner me and hold my car keys hostage (I have had some pretty tense moments buying cars), and the salesmen didn't multiply (If you've ever bought a car at a high-pressure dealership, you understand what I mean.). I have to say that I will always look at this dealership first for a car, even if I am looking for a different brand. It is quite and peaceful inside, there are no strange half-empty, devoid of personal effects little cube offices they stuff you in for hours on end, while the evil trolls (So the stigma would seem) behind the curtain fiendishly contemplate whether or not the last $500.00 you want off the car will bankrupt the dealership or not. No piece of paper with bolder and bolder red writing scribbled aggressively over your offer being passed back to the evil trolls behind the curtain more times than a pin ball in a 50's diner. So if you are like me -and are a little on the assertive side- and don't respond well(?) to the typical high pressure, think they have you by the family jewels type of sales tactics, this is the place to go. I am sure all of the sales staff are great, but I recommend Jorge Gomez, as he is the only sales guy I met, and by proxy the only sales guy I can honestly speak about. More

I was only in the beginning stages of looking, but felt that if a good deal could be reached; I was ready to buy that day. The staff at Acura of Peoria took great care of me. Due to some poor decisions in the past, I was difficult to finance, but salesmen Freddie and George went to bat for me. In the end, I drove three different used cars, keeping them open several hours after the official close time. Not only that, but they gave me a great deal on my trade-in and a good price on my new, to me, car. I would recommend the staff at Acura of Peoria to friends and family. More

My Expierence at Acura Of Peoria was much better than other other expierence i've had at other dealerships in the area. Was ready to lease a 2010 Acura MDX with the Technology and Entertainment Pkg. in white or burgundy with tan interior to accommodate our expanding family. Talked to Ben the internet sales consultant the day before and he indicated the car was in stock and ready to be viewed and that he will be there. He set the price for $43,000. We called twice the day of the visit before leaving and Ben was not there but he was coming after 2:00pm. At 2:30 pm we were told and Ben had call in sick so the sale was given to Patrick Atriz - sales Mgr and George Gomez - sales person and the car was still there. I and my wife found a babysitter and drove 60 miles that afternoon only to find out dealer lied about vehicle being in stock. George said that they never had such a car in stock only a black one with similar pkgs. After waiting in the entrance standing up for almost one hour, George said that they can have the car within a few days and make a deal to PURSHASE the vehicle for $46K and they offer $10k for our 2007 Toyota RV4 with 54k miles as a PURCHSASE. We told him that with Ben we had discuss a lease option NOT Purchase. We never talk to Patrick Atriz but via Patrick he told that that Ben lied and did not was he was talking about. We went there because of the price Ben gave us and we were both very familiar with our trade-in value (checked via Edmunds, KBB and other dealers) and the lease process. They lied just to get us in there. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP DUE TO A LACK OF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY! I guess the word PRINCIPALS doesn’t exist in their dictionary. More
