Grateful I had been told no so many times before that I was done looking. Jenna was so calming but when the time came or schedules didnt match and she was not available. This made me nervous but I stayed. I worked with Jorden who was just as kind and understanding as she was on the phone. He helped me find an approval on the right car at the right payment. Low miles reliable brand and a warranty to cover me in case something does happen I dont have a huge expense! Everyone here is really great and I'm grateful for going with my gut! More

After 220000 miles she just couldn't do it anymore! It's a sad day when you have to part with your 15 year old baby. I got her for my sweet 16 and just hated the thought of having to make payments. I was also scared that after 15 years of not making payments that I would not be able to finance a pop can! I applied online to get an idea of where I was at and was contacted by Jenna. She made my replacement for ole blue so easy and I am awaiting to name my new baby as soon as it comes to me. Everything was so easy and I'm so happy she got my info I couldn't of asked for a better salesperson! The entire staff is great fun and friendly as well. I met a few of the other guys that are very energetic and even one that can do a backflip! Such a great first time! More

Dealt with Jordan Smart and Jeff Alves in finance. These people bent over backwards to please me. I changed my mind three times on the car I wanted. First time was the offer before finance. The second time all paperwork was signed with expected future delivery. A day after I checked some things not to my liking and Jeff said come back and we'll change it, We discovered an oversight on Jordan's and my part (8 passenger SUV vs 7). They cancelled my order and found another vehicle to my liking. All paperwork had to be redone. There was no hassle they just knew I wasn't happy and did their very best to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Hat's off to you both and Sam Quina who worked behind the scenes approving offer after offer. More

Dreading buying a car due to previous experiences, we were not looking forward to the process, if in fact, we found something we liked. We were greeted by Jorden (Client Advisor) and right away felt completely comfortable. He took us around and showed us inventory while keeping in mind our expectations and budget. We ended up buying a SUV at a great deal within our budget. Jorden was very helpful and walked us through the entire process. He went over and beyond his duties and left us feeling very confident and happy with our purchase. We will definitely refer Jorden in the future. More

Everything was super easy and there was no pressure at all. I was very pushy when I first arrived trying to avoid any sales person I saw. I was left alone until I decided it was time for some help. I found Jorden who was very helpful and enthusiastic. He made me feel right at home and made sure I understood all the options and decisions I was making.
