Car had miles rolled back So I been to this location twice for car purchases. The second time back they told me the cars Milage was rolled back by 40000 miles, I informed the d So I been to this location twice for car purchases. The second time back they told me the cars Milage was rolled back by 40000 miles, I informed the dealership that I purchased the car from them (Larry h miller) and he told me that I didn't... he accused me basically of lieing till he scrolled though the car fax and notice that Larry H Miller actually bought the car at auction and then rolled the meter... In the end they sold me a car that had a lot more miles on it and increased the sale cost to me. The car had issues after the purchase that I ended up paying for repairs that would not have been needed if the miles were not rolled back. The seller had his manager show me this information and he did NOT APOLOGIZE and only gave me "fair trade in value" I lost thousands of dollars on this purchase prior and should of been offered compensation with a better trade value for the car purchase I made there... or at least an apology and refund on the repairs due to mileage. Believe me, I been telling people about this and some told me to either talk to a lawyer or ask for help from Larry H Miller ... I bet if the manager knew that he sold me the car with the roll back that he would not have told me that... At least he was honest .. I believe the associate was Jordon , but it wasn't his fault... more on the manager that was going though the finance part . More

We were given time to think about our options and they made sure we left with the car and payment we had hoped for. Jorden Smart is an awesome young man who really knows his cars and how to sell the many unique features the Hyundai has to offer. Billy is a very personable individual who advised me through out the buying process and made sure I understood what he could and could not do for me. Again awesome addition to "my team". I didn't meet Sam Wuina but I guess he made the numbers work and I appreciate how he took care of the financial side. Finally Dshon was fast and efficient. I always dread going to the finance guy but he had me in and out in no time. (He also told me I looked younger than my 68 years which was the frosting on my car buying experience.) Wonderful team of employees! More
