Fantastic! Being in our 70's, my husband and I have purchased a lot of new cars. I have to say this was the most pleasant of new car purchases we have ever had. He never made us feel stupid or silly for the many questions we had. He was kind, informative, happy to help in any way he could, and we actually enjoyed being at the dealership. Both my husband and I were impressed with his knowledge of the car we were interested in, but also with his knowledge of the company. He was obviously proud to work for Kia, and told us repeatedly how good they were to their employees and their customers. To my husband and I a happy employee speaks volumes of the company that we are about to do business with. What a great experience. Not one person we saw or came in contact with failed to speak, and if time allowed ask if we needed help. The finance Manager we met with was Jordan Ogle.
