Personable and honest. Anthony Parton was great to work with. I really felt that he did everything in his power to arrange a good deal for me. He was honest and he conveyed the impression that he was doing his level best to get me the absolute most for my money. I didn't find him smarmy or pushy at all. He didn't crowd me or oversell me in any way. Nice job, Anthony! Jordan Ogle was good, but I think partially by virtue of being the "finance man" his position is a bit more adversarial in nature. I found him polite and professional, but I didn't get the same "I'm on your side" feeling that Anthony gave me. He began by presenting many premium options that would have resulted in a higher monthly payment than I would have been comfortable with. In other words, I felt that he began by trying to upsell me on premium options and warranties. At one point, I got upset and he did a good job starting over and resolving a potential conflict. He was professional and we reached an agreement, I just wish that the conversation had been framed a bit differently from the get-go in terms of "Here are some premium options that you may be interested in." I got the first impression of "We can't reach that number that was discussed earlier." There are two reasons that I did not give five stars on "Customer Service" and "Quality of Work." I was surprised to find no spare tire with the new car. Perhaps it's par for the course these days or maybe I'm just old fashioned, but the fix-a-flat kit that came in the trunk space that was clearly made for a traditional spare tire just doesn't give me a great feeling. I brought this concern up with Anthony and he claimed that he could get me a proper spare from a trade-in. He asked me to call him the week after my purchase and he'd arrange to get me a new one. I did, and he claimed that he had no spare and jack that he could give me. I called a few days later and I am hearing the same. I now have the impression that this was something said at sales time that was easily overlooked post sale. I'll probably end up shelling out some cash to get a spare and a jack from a third party or a junkyard. That was a promise that - if followed through on - would have really impressed me. Second, it's a minor thing, but the car was a 2019 model that I was purchasing in late August 2019, so it wasn't freshly washed when I test drove it. That's fine, but Anthony assured me that it would be before I drove it off the lot if purchased. Don't get me wrong, there were no major issues or paint chips or damage or anything, but the wash of the car was a bit lacking in my opinion. There were spots where there were bits of glue or sap perhaps. I felt it needed a wash after I drove it off the lot to get that kind of showroom clean. I know it's not a high-end sports car, but I take pride in my possessions. To me, these minor details are the difference between a rating of "Good" and "Excellent." I'd definitely recommend this dealership. Overall, they're easy to work with and they offer a quality product at a reasonable price. I'd buy from Paramount Kia again. More

HORRIBLE Customer Service Business Department AFTER the Sale My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership on 6/19 where we were given a 30 day temp tag that expired on 7/18. When we still hadn't receive My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership on 6/19 where we were given a 30 day temp tag that expired on 7/18. When we still hadn't received our tags after the 30 day temp tag expired, I called the dealership to check on obtaining another 30 day tag while we were still waiting on our permanent ones and I was told by Donna (the one that apparently processes the tag paperwork) that they would NOT send us another temp tag and basically implied it wasn't really their problem anymore because they 'did their job'. So we waited and waited....fast forward to August and August came and went with STILL no permanent tags, I found it unacceptable that we bought a car from this dealership in JUNE and still had NO tags 2 months later and after Donna refusing to send us another temp tag while we waited on our permanent ones, I emailed the business manager to let him know my dissatisfaction with the whole process; however, he couldn't even be bothered to respond himself. Instead, he passed it back to Donna apparently and when she called me I told her that I had talked to the DMV and they told me they processed our paperwork on 8/13, but that it was just a request to update to have the car reflected on our record, but NO actual tag request from the dealership. Donna still refused to send us another temp tag, so we ended up having to go to the DMV ourselves and pay for and obtain the tags ourselves. This is very frustrating because when we paid the dealer/processing fees, they were then supposed to be responsible for doing the paperwork to get perm tags to be mailed to us at our home, which is what we were told that they were going to do. I would assume that a dealership that has received so many awards according to all the banners in their showrooms would be better at working with customers during the ‘whole’ process, not just getting their money and sending them home with the car. More

I am happy to say that is not the experience we had with Jodi, Jordan and Aaron. We just leased our third car and I can see us staying with this team for future purchases. The experience of purchasing a car means more to me than the actual vehicle. When a problem arose with our second car, not only did they make sure we were taken care of but went above and beyond to make sure our third car fit us like a glove with color, price and comfort, even when it meant going out of town to get the perfect car for us. This team is sincere in treating the customer right, getting to know what is really wanted, what will fit the budget and will stop when there is a concern. I felt like I could trust what came out of their mouths and that they were not going to push me into anything that I did not really want to do. I used to dread looking at vehicles, but not anymore.
