I was not satisfied with the first trade-in value they quoted me, but through discussions they later increased the value by $3,000. The only other complaint was that in offering me their extended warranty plans, they did not tell me the actual cost of these plans, only the monthly payments for the car including each plan, and they did not give me an option of no extended warranty plan. Other than that, everything was excellent. More

I was basically happy with the purchase of my new preowned vehicle. There was however just a couple of things. Firstly and most importantly the vehicle was 1600 miles over for an oil change which was preowned vehicle. There was however just a couple of things. Second, since having the vehicle a few days I am noticing a very light grinding sound in the rear that while not constantly occurring does give me pause. RESEARCH your cars and do your homework is the best advice I can offer. More

Consistently Exceeds Expectations...From a Third Time Buyer I had been thinking about trading in my Kia Sorento for a few months, and Jodi kept in contact with me until I was finally ready to do it. I went in I had been thinking about trading in my Kia Sorento for a few months, and Jodi kept in contact with me until I was finally ready to do it. I went in for a specific vehicle, but when I took it for a test drive I realized it was not the one for me. While she was getting keys for a different vehicle, I found 'the one' and without hesitation, she went back and got those keys for me. She thoroughly explained the car to me and all the features and the details (much better than sales people had done before), and genuinely cared that I chose the car I wanted. When it came to finances and money, I was used to haggling back and forth and the whole 'game playing' process where we go back and forth, but it did not happen this time. She knew I wanted the vehicle, but I was thinking about a cheaper one, and she helped me choose the one I wanted, because she wanted me to be happy with the purchase, not just to get any vehicle, but to get the one I really wanted. I was not able to get the exact payment I wanted at first, but it was close, and they were honest with me as to why they could only give me a certain amount for my trade-in, and I appreciate that so much. Even when I got frustrated, she patiently explained the numbers to me, which made sense. This is my third Kia purchase here, and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. I will definitely be back. And I will work with Jodi from now on. The service department and finance person are also amazing and easy to work with and so friendly and professional! All around, great place to shop and purchase a vehicle. More
