Jordan was an excellent service adviser! He was attentive during the check-in process, provided priority and rationale for repair completion and communicated consistently. My only issue with this service dep during the check-in process, provided priority and rationale for repair completion and communicated consistently. My only issue with this service department (and the reason I deducted 1 star) is the inefficient, slow and tedious loaner car process. This process should not take 20 minutes to complete.
