Workers in the Parts department is very rude. When an item is ordered and you call to confirm the arrival and go there and pick it up they're delivery is not appreciative. Took my car in for service doing an oil change and transmission fluid flush along with 2 warranty replacements, this too a couple of days and I was supplied with a loaner in the meantime, when I got m transmission fluid flush along with 2 warranty replacements, this too a couple of days and I was supplied with a loaner in the meantime, when I got my car back everything g looked great, normally they do a car wash but I picked up my car after hours so I couldn’t complain. To my surprise when I got my car back, my 50$ MagSafe charger and my 100$ bottle of Givenchy cologne was missing from my center console! I’ve reported this to the service manager and all he was able to do was offer a free oil change which is really worth about 60$. In the end I’ve spent 200$ on maintenance and over 150$ (not including tax) on lost items for my service. I’m thoroughly disappointed that the only accommodation they can provide is this oil change on my next visit. I don’t trust taking my car here anymore in fear that more things will be stolen and they expect that a voucher will fix this mess!? Ridiculous. This has got to be the most expensive maintenance visit for just flushing fluids as I’ve lost almost an equal amount of items in value to what I paid for service! Is a free oil change going to replace my expensive cologne that I worked to purchase? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I’ve only ever worked with one service advisor and that’s Rayon, he’s great and I genuinely recommend him for service here but the theft and response was just horrible. I understand you can not blatantly accuse a tech or if people are stealing things after hours (this dealership was robbed and now has 24/7 security personnel in response) but it hurts knowing they could not recuperate for my lost items but a 60$ service voucher for a dealership I’ve lost interest in going to in the future. It’s the principle that matters in situations like this and I’ve felt as though because I’ve never voiced my concern the next day in person they just took my voicemail as a bluff. Again this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had in ANY and I mean ANY establishment not even McDonald’s can xxxx me off as much as the service managers response did. More

My car is a much older model. However, I keep going to Acura because I trust the service team and appreciate the quality care my car gets. Jean knocked the ball out of the park with the elevated level of customer care he provided. I felt that my money was well spent. He LISTENED and painstakingly addressed my concerns.
