I'm incredibly unhappy with the vehicle I purchased from Subaru of Brattleboro. Though the salesperson was great, I am absolutely convinced that the Crosstrek I purchased, was full of rodent damage when I b Subaru of Brattleboro. Though the salesperson was great, I am absolutely convinced that the Crosstrek I purchased, was full of rodent damage when I bought it. I do not believe for one second that it took place while it was at my home (for a number of factors). It then sat at the dealership for six weeks while I waited for it to be repaired. While waiting in their care, my vehicle sustained damage to the outside of it, and the interior was not properly cleaned once everything was put back together. I then spent an additional week without the car while they repaired the scratch and paint as well as fully detailing it. I'm out a $1000 copay for my insurance, and made two car payments while it just sat in their lot..... More
