Lost my business... Overall poor experience...from sales to service and will not be giving them the pleasure of seeing my credit card or my jeep again. Found numerous member of both the sales and service team rude, dishonest and not willing to do anything to keep my business. Every time I dropped the truck off for service it was returned with oil stains on the interior.....you know I am not fibbing here...happened 3 times for heaven sake and unexplained delays in performing work. I actually think they did not even do the oil change they charged me for last time - being no new sticker or resetting the information message on the dash. And to make matters worst when I went to pick up the truck - night pickup the truck was blocked in by another car that they could not find the keys for. A sales manger with slicked back hair - skinny -don't know his name but I think he is the grandson of the original owner (RIP) otherwise nor sure why they would keep someone like him...unprofessional.....rude....a joke in all honesty.....tried to help but when he realized he could not get the car out became nasty and told me to pick up the truck tomorrow....I asked him to be compensated for my time....n/c for the oil change and he actually cursed - YES cursed at me and said "you work that our with service". So...lets see....I took the 20 minute ride down to pick up my truck that I already paid for via credit card and you made me come back and don't compensate me for my time......20 minutes - 4 trips....geez. Next day when I went to pick up the truck the Service Manager tried to smooth things out but sorry boys....u can offer me free oil changes for the life of the truck and still will never bring my truck back to you again. And to top it off.....I am 99% sue the slicked back hair...skinny joke of a sales manager dumped coffee all over my truck after I left...saw it the next day when I went to pick up the truck and I do remember him having a cup of coffee in his hand. There are so many other dealers in the area that will treat me with respect...and want me as a customer....great credit and buy a new car/truck every 4 years.....I will never step foot into Security again.....hope you do the same. Also, the employees I checked may not have been involved but the review made me select at least one - I think the sales mgrs. name was John, not sure but you at the dealership all know who he is (wink)...yes, the idiot that represents your company in the poorest manner and if wasn't family should be fired ASAP. I will also be posting this review on YELP and Google and the webpage setup by the gun group also regarding poor experience- I hear you have the ability to block reviews on Dealer Track from a friend in the business. More

Our weekend started on Saturday when we test drove a Lim My wife and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel on Labor Day weekend at Security Dodge. Our weekend started on Saturday when we test drove a Limited and loved the truck. We made an appointment to drive the Citadel on the following day. That Sunday we waited over an hour to see a salesman. Granted it was busy being Labor Day weekend but I feel that was excessive being we had an appointment. After being shuffled around we were hand off to Jonathan who was very nice and ended up selling us the Citadel. The two major issues I feel ruined my outlook on the dealership was; after spending about $50,000 on a new vehicle they told us that they are only allowed to put $20.00 worth of gas in an empty truck. Then we are told that the best finance rate we can get with an outstanding credit score was 3.99% because we are buying a Durango and not a Dart. I found that its odd that the vehicle you buy determines your interest rate and not your credit score! More
