Great quick and friendly service Coming in without an appointment because of a slow leak in my tire, I was promptly taken care of. Turns out the tire had a nail in the sidewall and pa Coming in without an appointment because of a slow leak in my tire, I was promptly taken care of. Turns out the tire had a nail in the sidewall and patching it would not work so the tire had to be replaced. As my NitroFill warranty was still in effect I got a new tire, mounted, speed balanced etc. at no cost. As usual, as I always bring my KIA SOUL back for servicing, staff are courteous, helpful, and professional. Kudos to Jonathan who answered all my questions about the tire and options, as well as, the warranty. More

Horrible wait. No added value. I scheduled an oil change/service appointment for a Saturday. They said they had a time at 11, so I came in at 10:50. Then waited in the lobby until 1 I scheduled an oil change/service appointment for a Saturday. They said they had a time at 11, so I came in at 10:50. Then waited in the lobby until 1:45 for them to change the oil and spray my car down as a wash. It wasn’t even dried fully. Almost 2 hours and $50. Down the road there’s a place that will change oil in 20 minutes or less for $30. No reason to go here unless you need it dealer serviced. I don’t think you should need to wait longer than an hour if you make an appointment days in advance. I feel like it would’ve taken the same time if I would’ve just walked in. More
