I emailed Jonathan Smith with a finance question. No response. Then I used the internet chat feature to ask him if he saw my email. I got a response from the SALES team. They read my email and sa No response. Then I used the internet chat feature to ask him if he saw my email. I got a response from the SALES team. They read my email and said they would provide help. Never heard from them again. Therefore I asked my same finance question to a different Kia dealer, where I purchased my car. Heard a response immediately. And they fixed the finance error! So now I'll never go to Southwest Kia again and will be returning to the original dealer even though they are hours further away. That's how much Jonathan Smith has ruined Southwest Kia. All he had to do was respond to an email. More

Just leased a brand new, beautiful EV6 from Southwest Kia, and I would be remiss if I didn't describe the wonderful experience I had. Salah Hamad was the salesman I was fortunate enough to have been pair Kia, and I would be remiss if I didn't describe the wonderful experience I had. Salah Hamad was the salesman I was fortunate enough to have been paired with. Salah has some skills that your ordinary car dealer lacks, including the ability to listen, the ability to understand what his customer wants, and finally the ability to deliver on the things he says he can. He was also just a good all around person, and he did the thing that any salesman worth his salt would be privy towards understanding. He didn't press. He let me consider my options, and even let me borrow the car for a day so I could see if it fit me and my family's needs. I would also like to include a shout out to Jonathan Smith in the finance department, who was also spectacular at his job, and a joy to do business with. More

From start to finish, Selah worked with me to help me get EXACTLY what I was looking for.
