Gareth was incredibly patient and thoroughly walked me through the process from A-Z and showed me that I really could afford the car I wanted and needed. This is the first new vehicle I've ever driven off the lot in my name and am so incredibly happy! His team is also patient and incredibly helpful. The dealership is nothing like any dealership I've ever been in before. I was there for a few hours, but amenities such as a coffee shop, snacks, and gift shop (bonus: $25 certificate for the gift shop!) made the time pass by in a breeze. I was referred to sales associate, Michael Jorgensen, and from the moment I texted him to start the process, to walking through the door, and even a few days after my purchase, Michael was incredible to work with. He listened to my concerns, my fears, and what I wanted most out of my new vehicle and delivered exactly what I wanted! All while checking in on me, answering my questions, and making sure I was happy and ready to make my decision. I never once felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. My experience at this location has always been top notch! I typically get anxious taking my car into the “shop” but the employees here are welcoming, knowledgeable and the lounge to wait in while your car is being serviced is quite nice.
