After having already bought numerous cars from Royal Moore over the years I wanted to get myself a sporty weekend cars that would turn heads. I spent a month drooling over the 2026 BRZ Series.Yellow before my wife made an appointment with Julio. Julio got me through a test drive and lease process in just about 3 hours which was the shortest time I've spent in a dealership. I also worked with Tanner in the finance department who was fantastic and a fair negotiator. Now, day 2 of having the car I noticed that there was a significant defect with one of the brake rotors. I took the car back to the dealership; however, the service department has closed. I was greeted by a salesman whose name I regrettably didnt get but instantly began helping me. Due to my loyalty, Javier quickly got me a loaner and was willing to take my vehicle and deliver it to service on my behalf the next day. The service advisor, Jonathan, was incredibly communicative and professional. They replaced the rotor under warranty and had the car back to me in about a day and a half. More
