Overall experience: excellent! Wendell did a fantastic job introducing me to the Subaru brand. I test drove a Crosstrek and Outback Wilderness. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. We went to purchase a GMC TERRAIN at STARLING BUICK GMC in STUART FL. It was a nightmare. We had used TRUE CAR and received a price yet when we went into the dealership, they wanted $10k more. We wer in STUART FL. It was a nightmare. We had used TRUE CAR and received a price yet when we went into the dealership, they wanted $10k more. We were so disgusted that we decided to go with a Subaru Forester. We used TRUE CAR again and were soon contacted by the dealership. Jonathan Hernandez was our salesperson. I was very leery as we were doing a deal over the phone. He sent me all of the paperwork via email. We agreed on price and I gave him a Credit Card to hold the car until my wife could get there on Saturday. I was very nervous about my wife going alone and a Delearship/Finance taking advantage of her. She went to the Dealership and was headed back home in less than 2 hours. It was the SMOOTHEST car transaction I have ever had.. More
