My experience with Frances was far beyond of my expectations, she made the process of buying my car very simple, making sure that I was getting a good car and most importantly within my budget. Frances is very knowledgeable and helpful, she does her job with love and dedication. I would definitely recommend her and the financial personnel too very professional and kind. Sales person is amazing and saved the deal. Finance is shady. They tried to extend the payment terms without informing us. They hoped we would sign and not notice. When I brought it to the finance guys attention, he switched the terms back and became very quiet and less friendly. I would have walked if Frances wasn't so great. More

Most dealerships only care about numbers…they care about people. Kris and staff helped so much and made sure I was comfortable with not only my purchase but my decision to buy in the first place.
