This dealership was very sketchy and dishonest. My experience was very irritating. I was told that the car would be moved from the Baltimore dealership to the Laurel dealership for me to test drive My experience was very irritating. I was told that the car would be moved from the Baltimore dealership to the Laurel dealership for me to test drive it closer to where I reside. I set the test drive appointment for 6 pm on the phone with them at 2 pm. When we got there at 6:15 they still did not have the exact car for me to test drive and we had to wait almost two hours for it to be driven down. Secondly, I went to look at a car that was under $18k. I came in with pre-approved financing from my bank, and said if they could beat it, I would go with them. They gave me a deal worse than my bank, tried to convince me that it was good, and marked up the car $6k+ with unnecessary fees. When I tried to get them to remove two of the unneeded fees, they claimed that it was mandatory for all of their cars. I looked it up, and they had lied. Save your time, money, and sanity. Stay away from these people. More
