We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2026 Z4 from Jonatan Escobar. The whole team at BMW of Sarasota was fantastic. We drove 4 hours each way to get our BMW from them. We've been driving a 24 year old Benz and 13 year old Audi. Although we were far overdue for a new vehicle, we put the purchase off for 2 years because we dread the whole process. The purchase of the n Audi. Although we were far overdue for a new vehicle, we put the purchase off for 2 years because we dread the whole process. The purchase of the new X5 from our sales person, Jonatan Escobar at BMW of Sarasota, turned out to be an experience that was light years better than any we've had. Gone is the dread. Why? Jonatan was a pleasure to work with, has a great demeanor, actively listened to our concerns and followed through to ensure he addressed them. We feel the deal we made on the SUV and trade-in was fair for both sides, which is a first. We ordered the X5 at the time new tariffs went into effect. This made us uneasy that we'd face a sharp price increase upon delivery. Jonatan introduced us to his manager, Robert Real. Both gentlemen assured us that wouldn't occur, but if something unforeseen did happen, our deposit was fully refundable. Jonatan kept us informed on the build status of the SUV as he promised. He has also followed up with us several times to ensure our satisfaction and to check we are managing the new technology on the X5. A shout out also goes to Milan Augustine our BMW Technology Genius. Milan worked to help familiarize us with the technology and subsequently rang us to offer assistance if we needed it or answer our questions. Jason Marchant from Business Services walked us through the mountain of paperwork to complete the purchase. He also presented us a short-term financing opportunity that led to additional savings on the purchase. In the end, this experience was welcomed and turned out to be very different from those in the past. The difference is rooted in our ability to believe and be confident in the words of others. More
