He was somewhat annoyed that I choose not to agree to extra packages and gave me the wrong information regarding the final payment for my car (in which he should have known the process regarding the third party personal check process) and had not idea that the banks were closed on 11/12/2022 (in order to remedy the situation). This issue is still not resolved. When I involved the manager, he was not aware of the process that the finance department follows and was not very helpful. I suggested to the Manager that they re-train David with the information that he gives to clients regarding a third party check approval process, so that this inconvenience does not happen going forward. More
