Matt Taylor, your Sales Associate, was outstanding (pleasant, professional and extremely helpful)! In addition to dealing with Matt, our experience at your dealership was further enhanced by our time spent with Johnny Canaday your Business Manager. Honda of Columbia was one of three Honda dealerships I contacted via the Internet with all three ultimately responding to our request for a delivered price on a 36-Month lease, at 10,000 miles per year on a 2020 Hybrid CR-V EX-L. One of the three dealerships called numerous times with a different price each time (all higher than Columbia's in both the monthly lease amount and then way more in a down payment due to all of the add-ons), One of the other dealerships switched sales associates midway through the process so it meant starting all over with them resulting in numerous calls and emails and we were still waiting on a price when we heard from Honda of Columbia! Matt responded to my email with a call and after discussing the specifics of what we were looking for and the financial arrangements, he came back with an excellent price and we picked up our new Honda that evening! Even though we live in Aiken with other dealers closer, it was to our benefit that I took the time to contact Honda of Columbia.
