Mr. Moody is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for your next purchase of a car. Johnny Canaday from the finance department was very through and explained the purchasing process with great detail. I however was not impressed with Mr. Lawson's lack of attention to my questions I had on the trade in value of my vehicle. His lack of professionalism and total disregard to any question I had was highly unprofessional and I would NOT recommend involving yourself with Mr. Lawson in the process of trading in or purchasing your car at Honda of Columbia. One bad apple should not spoil the bunch. I will give a 5 star rating on the dealership given the kindness, efficiency and thoroughness that we experienced with Mr. Moody and Mr. Canaday but with all due respect do not involve yourself at all with Mr. Lawson. We HAD to replace a totaled car when there was a recent shortage. We had been to 30 dealers (including this one) all over Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Chapin and as well as Batesburg, Elgin and Newberry. A shortage. We had been to 30 dealers (including this one) all over Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Chapin and as well as Batesburg, Elgin and Newberry. After a LOT of frustration, we saw the posting for a used Camry at 10:30 p.m. We were there and bought it the next day before it had even been detailed. Andy was awesome and explained all that would be done to the car before it was sold. That car looks brand new after a paint fix to the bumper and the regular wash/wax, cleaned carpets etc. Mechanically, it checked out well and they only had to replace a gasket and oil pan. We paid cash which I'm sure made it that much faster, but we sat down with Andy and had everything done in an hour or less. Great experience and everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It even comes with a limited warranty for the engine and transmission. Lastly, they communicated with me well because it took a few days to finish getting it ready. Cameron Chase did an amazing job with fixing the bumper. My son is very happy with his new car. I would definitely recommend! More

Such a pleasant experience - I went in nervous, but knowing exactly what I wanted. Fritz made sure I got what I wanted and made sure everything went smoothly.
