This is the second Lexus I have bought from Sarasota Lexus even though I live in Fort Myers and there’s a Lexus dealer here and Lexus dealer in Naples. The car I wanted was listed on all three websites Lexus even though I live in Fort Myers and there’s a Lexus dealer here and Lexus dealer in Naples. The car I wanted was listed on all three websites but when I called the two local dealers, they said oh no, we just sold that car but here’s another one will sell you. I have purchased many cars in my life in the last 58 yrs of car buying and this experience was the worst. When you spend 140k on a vehicle you expect an experience to go pretty seamless. I drove the LC 500 of car buying and this experience was the worst. When you spend 140k on a vehicle you expect an experience to go pretty seamless. I drove the LC 500 home only to find out the spare key did not go to my vehicle. I recently received the FL title and my name was backwards on it. A call was recently made to the dealership and it appears the title screwup is my PROBLEM! Pretty amazing they can get the sales paperwork correct but the title screwup is my problem. A dealership IS an extension of the brand, Lexus, and this being the first Lexus I have ever bought, it’s not been a brand building experience. This experience would remind me of the people who purchase used cars off of a local neighborhood car lot. I plan to bring this whole thing up to Lexus of North America. I have purchased Ferrari’s, Mercedes, Porsche’s, AMG a Mercedes, GM, Ford and never have had such experiences as this. More

John Taylor was good, but I have issue with him not following up. The Jeep that we purchased were missing features that were advertised. He was supposed to check on this, but I he never called back.
