I just took delivery of my new Ford Bronco from Marin County Ford, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. John Preston (GM) went above and beyond helping me with the build and ordering process — and gave me a fantastic price. Jason Rosetti (Parts Manager) was a huge help sourcing aftermarket parts and making sure everything I wanted was available and ready to go. Glenn Ross (Sales Consultant) kept me in the loop every step of the way, updating me on shipping and even texting photos as soon as the Bronco came off the transport truck (he knew how excited I was!). Just a genuinely great guy to work with. Big shout-out to the service team, who handled my cat-back exhaust and Ford Performance Tune installs in record time so I could get behind the wheel right away — the work was flawless. And finally, Choy Saechao (Finance Manager) saved me another 1.5% on my financing compared to my credit union and had me in and out of F&I faster than I thought possible. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole Marin County Ford team. The dealership made all the difference — professional, transparent, and truly customer-focused. If you’re considering a new Ford, this is the place to go. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Marin County Ford for my business. I had a great experience with getting the vehicle I specified and the options I needed. Overall the process was easy and took very little time to trade in an old fleet vehicle and leave with our new fleet vehicle. More

We love our new truck - but the sales experience was everything you dread about buying a vehicle. From the jump, the sales team lived up to the worst stereotypes of used car salesmen. They told us th everything you dread about buying a vehicle. From the jump, the sales team lived up to the worst stereotypes of used car salesmen. They told us the truck had just arrived on the lot the night before. Later, when I questioned how they managed to install $3,000 worth of completely unnecessary add-ons in just a few hours, they let it slip they'd actually had the truck for 17 days. So much for honesty. They insisted the add-ons - which we never asked for and explicitly did not want - couldn't be removed. One salesman even claimed it would cost money to remove an app from the truck. Seriously? Then they tried to justify the “wheel locks” by saying they were crucial to prevent tire theft… from our own home… even after admitting he doesn’t even lock his front door or car in the same quiet neighborhood we live in. Make it make sense. Once they knew we were serious about buying, they talked nonstop to keep us from having a private conversation - clearly trying to prevent us from reconsidering. One even acted like voice-to-text was some revolutionary feature (hasn’t that been standard for years?) and then tried to “educate” us about regenerative braking like it was some insider secret. It was all just too much. Thankfully, we pushed back and got all the xx add-ons removed. But the experience left a bad taste. It feels like we may have overpaid and were deliberately steered away from other trucks on the lot - trucks we now suspect they didn’t want us to see. Bottom line: Know what you want, do your research, and don’t get talked into anything. We’re happy with the truck - despite the dealership experience. More
