He was so great that we came back a week later to purchase a new car for my husband. John was also incredible and patient with our kids and worked with us in the kids' playroom on both visits. Matt answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the products. Matt also pointed out features and the options that each truck I looked had. Matt wasn’t pushy at all, even told me if I couldn’t find what I was looking for that he would try to locate what I was looking for. After my purchase of a Silverado Mr. Miller even helped me transfer my items from my trade to the new truck. I have never had a salesperson help me like that before. Mr. Miller made a new customer out me and because of his kindness and curtesy I’ll come back again. Also Mr. Wilson gets applauded for his help in financing department , very helpful. In the end my experience at Carl Black was great thanks for y’all help Mr. Miller and Mr.Wilson . I will be a returning customer for sure. More
