After checking in the gentleman driving my vehicle ran into a cart in the aisle.. I do not believe there was any damage, but it did not instill confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Then I was informed that might vehicle had been in an accident loading it on the lift. One of the tires was ruined and the rim had been damaged. My service representative and shop manager explained they would have to order me a new tire and they would repair the rim. I realize accidents happen, and I hope my confidence is restored. More
