We explained what we were looking for and mentioned that we were in no rush or urgency. Ramon took us for a test drive. He made us feel comfortable and a no time pushed or tried to hard sell us on anything. Ramon brought us the appraisal value and trade in value for a new 2019 Honda CRV. The trade in value was lower than we had expected. Ramon then listened to what our expectations were and what we had budgeted for. He went back to talk with his management and came back to us with an amount that was very agreeable to us. We closed that day and I firmly believe that is was Ramon that helped close our deal. We remain loyal customers. And will seek out Ramon when we trade in our older Honda minivan. Last to mention John Medrano in Finance who put us at ease, especially around the money. Another team member who makes you feel like family and again, no pressure. More

Can't trust them I really wanted to have a good experience here and fully expected to. Unfortunately, my salesman Diego fed me flat out lies about the condition of the I really wanted to have a good experience here and fully expected to. Unfortunately, my salesman Diego fed me flat out lies about the condition of the used car I bought, i spent hours waiting at the dealership for my car and had to come back the next day because the work that was supposed to be done to it was never done and even then when i picked it up some of the work wasn't complete. John who tried selling me a warranty package promised me information about work done on the car that he never delivered and also lied to me about having 30 days to bring my car back if there were problems with it. He also failed to provide me the proper paperwork i was promised when picking up my car. When i questioned the missing information i was told that they couldn't provide it but i could see the information on the car fax they finally gave me after several phone calls. When i read the car fax, the dealership has reported false information about what work was done to the car as some of the items they listed as completed, were not done. After taking the car to be looked at at another honda dealership i found out that the car needs all new shock assemblies, the breaks i was promised were brand new were not in fact the back brakes were so bad i have to get the work done asap. Finally, i called the sales director Jose and he let me know i did in fact have 30 days to bring any issues to the dealership and promised to called me to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. This was on monday, i have left messages for him every day for the last 6 days and he has not answered or returned my call. Maybe this place is good for buying new cars but their customer service is awful and they tell you flat out lies about the car you are purchasing just to sell it to you. They also lie about your options just to sell you a warranty. They were paid in full for the car and now i have to spend an additional $2000 to $3000 to fix the car. Don't trust these people you will be very disappointed. More

After browsing the internet for a particular model and color of my interest, I noticed that DCH Paramus had what I wanted. Tiffany Velez, Internet Account Manager, was able to set up an in-person appointment in a very professional manner. She listened to what I was looking for and made the appointment according to my schedule. This is the first time going to DCH Paramus, so I didn't expect to be walking out with a new car. As you walk through the doors, you are greeted by a courteous staff. The front desk directed me to a salesman immediately. Mutaz Khalil, the salesman, did a great job of listening to my situation, the car which I was interested, and helped negotiate the financing that I desired. Taz explained all the new features of the vehicle and even let me test drive just to get a feel. My situation was a bit different as I was trading in an older model Honda Fit for a new 2019 Honda Fit. After a few times of back and forth, Taz was legit and was listening to my final offer for the new car. DCH was able to come to my terms: No xx and to-the-point! After the agreement, I met with John Medrano, the Finance Manager. This guy knows what he's doing and is a true asset. Very friendly and understanding. Overall, my experience was a good one. I was at DCH for approximately 2-3 hours. The team is very professional and courteous. Mutaz was of great assistance in helping me make my choice. Thanks again DCH Paramus Honda! More
