I hate buying cars. I feel I've done well in the past with getting a solid deal, but it always felt like a chore. Not with this place. My wife identified a car, called DCH, and after a discussion was given an out the door price we thought was fair…and frankly better than what we were seeing everywhere else. We went in, met Alex Bernabe (probably the friendliest car salesman I’ve ever met), and told him about the car. He checked the notes they had kept and sold us the car for the agreed upon amount. For context, another Bergen County Honda dealership tried to sell us a similar car for several thousand more just the night before. DCH is high volume. They told us they sell 900 cars a month. They don’t have to squeeze every last dollar out of their customers. So not only did we get a good car at a good price, the experience was painless. As long as I’m living in NJ, I will be going to DCH Paramus Honda to buy a car. And I will ask for Alex. More
