The service people were very fast and efficient, but the extra costs for the additional services offered made the bottom line seem almost out of reach. However, as they explained to us that the overall savings and the peace of mind we will more than pay for these services. Over the years my family has purchased 14 vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford, and we live closer to three other dealerships. This alone should confirm the trust and confidence we have in their sales and service department. They have always stood behind their work, and I have yet to be disappointed. More
