My car was recalled for paint, so vw approved the car to be stripped and repainted. Upon picking up, I noticed interior was put back together incorrectly, with trim cut too short, fabric edges hanging out, be stripped and repainted. Upon picking up, I noticed interior was put back together incorrectly, with trim cut too short, fabric edges hanging out, water stains on ceiling, overlapping plastic, etc. The car was returned twice for repair of interior. Although things were corrected, we were waiting on our car for over 6 weeks and the date promised for completion continued to be pushed back. Every time I entered the department, the staff was unfamiliar with me, my vehicle and the repairs that had been performed. There was never a concern for the inconvenience of their sloppy work. At the final pick up, another customer was having similar issues with their car and was meeting with the team for resolution. More

This is to the collision center and not the dealership. I would absolutely not recommend them. I took my Chevy up there because my insurance recommended them, in January and I’ve had to take it up there 5 I would absolutely not recommend them. I took my Chevy up there because my insurance recommended them, in January and I’ve had to take it up there 5 times and it is still not completely fixed. Also their attitudes leave significant room for improvement. They are rude to you, even though they can’t fix your vehicle after your insurance has paid them over $7000 to fix it. Will not use them again and I recommend you don’t as well. I’ve already filed a complaint with my insurance company. More
