I recently leased an Atlas Cross Sport from VW of Medford and had as smooth of an experience as possible. Walking into the dealership I knew which vehicle I wanted so it was more of a "getting the numbers ri and had as smooth of an experience as possible. Walking into the dealership I knew which vehicle I wanted so it was more of a "getting the numbers right" process. I initially arrived at the dealership late on a Saturday and Kasey assisted with a quick test drive. Returning a few days later to negotiate on a price for the vehicle Kasey was transparent in working with my wife and I and even brought us into the finance office to show us the dealerships figures. We were able to come to an agreement on a final price in timely manner. In between signing paperwork and picking up the vehicle, the Boston area received more than 20" of snow. When I arrived to pick up my car the vehicle was spotless like it had just left the showroom. Thanks Colonial VW Medford for a great car shopping experience! More
