we have been buying cars from Hyundai for several years when we lived in las vegas. we moved to Melbourne, and serviced our sonata at coastal, we were sold on this dealership immediately. when we contact when we lived in las vegas. we moved to Melbourne, and serviced our sonata at coastal, we were sold on this dealership immediately. when we contacted coastal to buy a new Hyundai we were contacted immediately via email followed up by a phone call. john lyons was very personable and very low key. there was not one bit of high pressure just wonderful information and detail about the santa fe. the entire experience of buying and trading in our sonata was a pleasure. everything was smooth and we were treated like old friends! we never had this experience in las vegas and can't stop talking about our amazing experience at coastal. More

This was the first vehicle my husband and I have bought together. We had a wonderful experience with John, Rand, and Coy. John was very helpful. He let us use his daughters booster seat so my daughter coul together. We had a wonderful experience with John, Rand, and Coy. John was very helpful. He let us use his daughters booster seat so my daughter could go on the test drive. The process was very smooth and easy. My only complaint was that it took 6 days for the Sienna to be ready. I appreciate the work done to get it in the best possible shape however we were told it would be ready on a Monday, then they said Tuesday then finally Wednesday we got it. I would rather know it would take that long instead of getting our hopes up each day. But now that we have the car we are very pleased. We know we are in good hands should we need any further assistance. The staff was very sweet to our young daughters while we were there which is a big bonus to any parent. If you need a car, go see John Lyons! More

I have to say this is by far the best exsperence I have ever had with a dealership. They are the most professional and outstanding staff by far. I recently came to John Lyons at Coastal Hyundai to purchase not ONE, but TWO cars within a 2 week period from him. One for myself (Genesis 2.0T Coupe 2013) and a Hyndai Sonata Hybrid 2012 for my girlf purchase not ONE, but TWO cars within a 2 week period from him. One for myself (Genesis 2.0T Coupe 2013) and a Hyndai Sonata Hybrid 2012 for my girlfriend and her 3 kids. His service was genuine, amiable, he fought to get us a great deal and gave us piece of mind even after leaving the dealership. I would give it 6 stars all around if I could. Everyone was thorough, friendly and quick with our assistance. The free beverages and popcorn dosnt hurt either. I had sworn by Honda for the last 10 years and with a little research and planning, I come to realize that our service from Coastal Hyndai made me a born again believer. More
