I have been going to Adams Jeep for several years, because it’s convenient and the staff is friendly. However, they have made mistakes in the past ( on two occasions, they did a tire rotation, and fai because it’s convenient and the staff is friendly. However, they have made mistakes in the past ( on two occasions, they did a tire rotation, and failed to tighten the lug nuts, I did reach out to service about that,) this most recent experience I scheduled an appointment to wait. It took over an hour and I was asked at one point if I wanted them to replace the air filter and I told him no that I knew I could get it cheaper and have my husband do it, when I got my bill I had inquired if I had any coupons and they said no the oil change cost over $80 and when I got home I realized that they had used synthetic oil which I have never put in my car. Then my husband checked the air filter and found that it had not been replaced properly . And as I said, I have use them because of the convenience to my house. But after this experience, I can no longer trust them to provide proper care to my vehicle. They have records of my oil changes and can see that I don’t use synthetic oil that was sneaky and costly. I feel that I was taken advantage of, and the fact that the air filter was not replaced. Properly is unacceptable. More
