I could work at any dealership but I chose this one based on recommendations from trainers I had work with previously and from customers of Fred Anderson's. New Camry purchase First of all when you drive up to the dealership you feel like your arriving at a 5 star resort. There is a person standing outside to greet you and First of all when you drive up to the dealership you feel like your arriving at a 5 star resort. There is a person standing outside to greet you and help find the person or place you need to see. The facility is beyond beautiful and everyone smiles and greets you immediately. I had used their website to inquire about a particular car that I was interested in purchasing and wanted to schedule a test drive. I actually was enroute to the dealership on my motorcycle when John Lefabregue called so I didn't realize he was my contact until I checked my phone after arriving. He was busy with another customer but was able to quickly tend to my needs and we began what became a wonderful buying experience. John has the ability to take charge of the buying process and keep it direct and simple without dragging the experience out. He is very personable and easy to work with. I would encourage anyone looking for a great sales associate to consider his eleven years of sales background and give him a chance to show you how fun and easy it is to purchase a car at Fred Anderson Toyota. He had always given me his best price, never pressured me to buy, and given me the best offer out of anyone on my trades. I hate dealing with car salesmen, with the exception of John. He has always worked with me on my terms and by the time I come in to buy a vehicle we have already agreed on the OTD price and the financing is settled. More

Outstanding Professional Customer Service I was shopping around to purchase a new car Of course I was looking for a great deal but the other dealerships I went the sale people were pretty unpl I was shopping around to purchase a new car Of course I was looking for a great deal but the other dealerships I went the sale people were pretty unpleasant and very pushy and even though they gave me a great price I didn't want to do bussiness with them so I went back to Fred Anderson Toyota because of John Lafabregue his customer service was so professional, knowledgeable, and respectful towards me as a potential customer that really made a huge diference at the time of making my purchase. Straightforward negotiation and buying experience I worked with John Lafabregue to purchase my Toyata pickup. John was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling.
