I purchased a used vehicle through driveway. com from BMW of Freehold. I have to see my experience was not great at all. I worked with driveway to complete all the people work, and to send the ce com from BMW of Freehold. I have to see my experience was not great at all. I worked with driveway to complete all the people work, and to send the certified checks to BMW of freehold, and when I scheduled a vehicle for delivery, it would not work according to the dealership the alternator needed to be replaced. The day before the vehicle is scheduled to be delivered which was a week later after I found out about the alternator I was told that the part did not come in and they needed more time. I decided against a deal at that point and said I wanted to cancel and just returned my check. another week went by and I did not get my refund and found out through my bank that a week after canceling that they did cash my checks anyway. I was very patient about the situation throughout but after hearing this, I was livid. So I called back and spoke to John the used car sales manager. He did apologize and worked on getting my refund sent back to me overnighted. At the end I did get my refund back, but this wasn’t a great experience at all. More

Worst experience ever!! I purchased my first BMW almost 2 months ago, and there have been issues since I got it!! Left Danny messages & still no reply! Disgusting customer service & they don't keep their wor months ago, and there have been issues since I got it!! Left Danny messages & still no reply! Disgusting customer service & they don't keep their word! Calling in is the worst! They keep playing phone tag and transfer your calls to voicemail! I would've gone to another dealership had I known of this lackluster service!! More

As a loyal customer for 18 years I had a deal torpedoed by the finance manager because they neglected to tell me of the required documentation needed before picking up my new car. Would not even bend to h by the finance manager because they neglected to tell me of the required documentation needed before picking up my new car. Would not even bend to hold the car until the official transcript went to them. No effort to try to accommodate me by allowing me to pay for yhe vehicle, and they could have held the car until they were emailed the transcript. It may have been a day late, but I am sure they knew Dec.'s incentives,, which were the same as Nov, and make the attempt to work with me.. BMW financial said I could have filed a complaint, but what good would that do. They sold the car my son ordered immediately. Ruslan was the worst finance manager. Never had someone come out and keep telling you, you can't do this or can't do that.. i didn't think it was his place to.make that determination. That should have fell onto Mr. Dado. In my opinion if Ruslan is your finance guy, ask for someone else!! Extremely disappointed to say the least. More

John the manager is amazing, and so is Frank in sales. They are so professional, kind, and truly have your best interest at heart. I live closer to another dealership but had nothing but an awful experien They are so professional, kind, and truly have your best interest at heart. I live closer to another dealership but had nothing but an awful experience. Being in a customer-service related industry, I cherish those that show exemplary service. As a BMW customer for 9 years, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Freehold for a BMW. Thank you for making me feel like family. More
