Back in September I purchased car from a used car dealership in Brockton,MA.......I had the worst experience there...Unbeknown to me I ended up with a car that needed so much work!! That is how I end dealership in Brockton,MA.......I had the worst experience there...Unbeknown to me I ended up with a car that needed so much work!! That is how I ended up at Cadillac of Norwood...in the service department! While my car was in getting worked on I starting looking at some of the used cars on the lot at Cadillac of Norwood. I then was introduced to John Jurasek. This man could not have been more helpful!! The whole experience from start to finish was great! I actually ended up leaving my car that was in service there that day and left in a 2008 SRX! Which I love! To anyone with credit problems please dont let this stop you from going into Cadillac of Norwood.....I dont have the best credit in the world and I knew getting a loan would be a challage but Shareen was so helpful with getting the approval for the new car. She made it seem so easy and never made me feel uncomfortable at all during the finance process. The bottom line here is Cadillac of Norwood is OUTSTANDING! John Jurasek is top notch and I look forward to buying many more Cadillacs in my life time.....Hopefully John Jurasek will be my sales man then also! Thanks to everyone! What a Great dealership!! Jim was my online dealer who answered my questions and invited me to meet with him about a car I was interested in. He was very understanding when we got stuck in traffic and couldn't keep our appointment invited me to meet with him about a car I was interested in. He was very understanding when we got stuck in traffic and couldn't keep our appointment. He was very professional and had a quick smile. He introduced us to John who was also very professional and took us out for a test drive. After the sale, I returned to get a small dent taken out. Both Jim and John were wonderful. Kept me company and made me feel very comfortable while I waited for my car that I just love! I would definately recommend Norwood Village to friends and family! More
