I called on Wednesday to ask for an appointment on Thursday. I was told there were appointments for both Wednesday afternoon and Thursday. I told the service person that I wasn't going to need the c Thursday. I was told there were appointments for both Wednesday afternoon and Thursday. I told the service person that I wasn't going to need the car until 3:30pm the following day. I dropped off the car at 3:15pm on Wednesday, she told me that wouldn't be a problem. On Wednesday, I arrived at 3:15pm. I waited the standard 15 minutes for someone to come out. I told the service person that I had an appointment, but I didn't need to pick up the car until 3;30om the next day. The service person would indicate that in the notes. On Thursday at 2:30pm, I called the service department because I had not heard anything. The service person told me that ever since the day started, the service department was slammed. I explained that I had dropped off my car the day before and I had an appointment that was supposed to have my car ready at 3;30pm on Thursday. The service person told me that priority was given to the most complex jobs and the simpler jobs were scheduled later in the day. (You know how to take the reservation, but it doesn't mean crap apparently). He assured me that they would call me as soon as the car was ready, but he didn't know what time it would be ready. I showed up up at 3:30pm hoping that it would be ready, I was told it would take another 45 minutes. I debated whether to wait for the car, but I decided to pick it up the next morning.
