My future son-in-law had recently purchased a car at Braman, and had told me everyone there seemed really upfront and he felt like he got a really good deal. So, I called John Graner, who he had worked with to purchase his car, and I found John’s level of customer service to be off the charts (which for me is the most important aspect of any purchase I make). He didn’t try to force me into any sale, took the time to answer every single one of my many questions, and came up with multiple options that made sense for me. And let me add, even after the sale was made, weeks later, he still picks up the phone or answers my texts immediately to answer any questions I have. That is what I call top shelf Customer Service.
