This is not the closest GMC dealer to our home, but the fact that they are honest with their customers and make the sale happen with all parties happy, made it worth the trip for us. Justin Cook, our salesman, was very communicative with all steps, never felt like we were being ignored or not his priority. Knew our price point and made it happen. Couldn't be happier with the experience there and getting our vehicle to us quickly. Would highly recommend this dealership to all who are looking for a new vehicle. More

A friend mentioned (who had bought several vehicles there),to ask for Sales Specialist Cliff - glad I did! Met with him, explained the vehicle I was interested in, and my budget. Showed me the cars,answered all my questions in a patient, professional manner. I chose a model, and he quoted me a fair price. We met with Bus. Mgr. John to go over the loan terms and warranty details in clear concise detail. Cliff never tried to upsell me - he dutifully followed my budget limitations and the "numbers" were to my satisfaction. The loan terms through Ally were excellent. We went to contract and Cliff again explained every step in detail. I was also given "CPO" inspection report and maintenance items performed. Thanks also to Service Dept. staff for answering tech. questions I had regarding my new car. Overall,an excellent car buying experience! More

Your guy is Holmes! Holmes has been patient with me since last January. I didn't find a used car that suited my budget. So he promised to keep in touch. Which he did. I looked at a used Pontiac which i liked. However Holmes and his finance manager had bigger and better plans for me. Somehow they worked their magic and got me into a 2015 Buick Encore. They got me big discounts. Also i was upside down on my trade. Ive always wanted a lease and they got me into one with no huge down payment. Made me happy. And now i can get a new car in 3 years instead of 7 or 10! Everyone was pleasant and encouraging and helpful. So far i love my Encore and plan for this to be a long term relationship with Hudson and Holmes. More

I mentioned to him I really like to trade in my Acadia Denali for a newer model year but I did not know if I could would be able make higher payments. That's all I said and went home after my car was serviced. Apparently that's all I had to say. Within a day or two I received a phone call from Justin who had been working on getting what I wanted. Within a week I was driving the car I wanted for a price I could afford. Thank you Justin. More

Originally my husband and I were looking to purchase a Cadillac, but I couldn't find one that I could see out the back window, since I'm rather short and the back up camera wasn't helpful. Holmes was very helpful, since he was the one who thought the GMC Terrain would be a good choice for me. Holmes was very patient, personable, and not pushy. Also, everyone else who my husband and I dealt with in the process was great: Mike, Matt, Tom, John, Glenn(phone), Manny(phone), and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought that it was very nice that the owner, Mike, thanked us for the purchase the day we made our decision and the day that we picked up the Terrain. Also, Tom, was very helpful and personable too. They also have this great class once a month that helps you learn about your new car and it's technology. You are introduced to the service and parts department. Also, you get a tour of the garage and a demo of how the alignment machine operates. Very cool. Thanks to Ryan for helping answer my questions on my new Terrain that evening. Thanks again Holmes, and I love my plant too. More
