My salesman Kabir was good. Finance manager John was great. Service and parts department do not seem to really care about Customer service or Customer Satisfaction. Very disappointed that my brand new 2022 Cherokee was effected by a recall. I was totally stuck and no one could help me, nor did they seem to want to. I was towed to a different dealership and was very happy with them, and will use them going forward. Now the parts are in for this recall and after speaking to 3 people at Security no one wanted to help get my Cherokee scheduled. They all wanted to pass me off to someone else. And had the nerve to tell me the recall parts they had in stock were for the cars still on the lot, that they would make money on. So hey, let the customer that already paid a lot of money for a car from you wait. Good plan, NOT. My recall completed at the other dealership with ease. After buying 2 cars from Security I can honestly say I will never go back there. Nor would I ever recommend them again. More
