Brought in my rav 4 due to the potential fire risk related to the 12 volt battery. My children were terrified to get in the vehicle, afraid they would become as they so eloquently put it “bbq children related to the 12 volt battery. I assured them that even though we had a replacement battery it was properly secured. I even measured it and explained to them that there was was no way this thing was budging durning a forceful turn, potentially short circuiting and causing a fire. But alas my words did not assure them. Their minds have not been at ease since receiving the recall letter in the mail. But wonderful news arrived and the remedy was in. I finally saw joy on their faces for the first time in months. Would also like to thank a wonderful young man by the name of John fishcrack, what department he worked for has escaped my mind, But he talked to my children in the lobby and assured them that their days of worrying are over. In today's high stress and competitive business world, I'm not sure how everyone you meet at at Beaver Toyota can be so consistently friendly and positive. Everyone goes out of their way to make the customer feel at home. They also follow up on what they say they will do. My 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid is exceeding all my expectations; for example it's rated to get a combined 45 miles per gallon, but I consistently get between 50 and 60 miles per gallon and as much as 70 miles per gallon.
