This was my first car purchase with Hyundai. I’ve always been a loyal Honda advocate. I do believe that Hyundai has given me a new perspective. I’d been searching for the car that was just right for me. My search finally ended after test driving the Tucson. Mr. Troy Cox is a phenomenal salesman. His upmost concern was for me to have a vehicle that I liked and l felt safe to drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. He assured me that even after the sale that he would be available to assist me if l had questions or concerns. Finally, I had a rewarding experience thanks to Mr. Troy Cox. More

Woody was absolutely phenomenal with his ability to locate a vehicle, communicate, put your best interest as priority and deliver on his commitments. Woody went above and I mean above and beyond to make the selection of my purchase, in addition to the closing the deal extremely quick and easy. If ever there was perfection in a partnership with a salesman, Woody is most certainly the guy to bring it to you. I say this because this is my second experience purchasing a vehicle under Woody at two different dealerships ( Easter Shore and now Allen Turner) and the experience is always exceptional. My Dad, Mom and sister have also purchased vehicles with Woody (Tucsons, Santa Fe's, Sonata's and Elantra's). Woody has great networking abilities and has the resources to support your needs and desires due to the respect he has in the business. Woody also builds relationships with his clients and maintains the friendliness, even after you've bought the vehicle. It's also worth noting that Woody has put on full display his ability to shop the market for the right vehicle your desire even if it's not on the lot. Woody had to do this twice for me with the 2020 Tucson (from California) and 2026 Tucson (from Louisiana). John the Financier at Allen Turner made what could be the most time consuming and stressful part of closure be extremely quick. John broke everything down with great detail yet in a timely manner while making sense of each document prior to signature. The communication and friendliness by John made for an enjoyable signoff on the financials to be smooth and pleasant. He values your needs and offers great insight to added policies/package deals for maintenance. He brings real world scenarios into the equation both present and future to help you think long term. Allen Turner overall has an amazing layout, location, vehicle selection, deals and above all OUTSTANDING STAFF!! I drove from the Gulf Coast of Alabama to Pensacola just to do business with Woody and I can assure you I'm not the only one willing to make extensive drives to come to this location. Sawyer Martin is absolutely awesome. I live a couple of hours north of Pensacola in South Alabama, and this is not the most convenient Hyundai dealership for me. However, I had such a good experience when I bought my wife's 2021 Palisade Alabama, and this is not the most convenient Hyundai dealership for me. However, I had such a good experience when I bought my wife's 2021 Palisade that it was certainly on my list of places to look. I had "built" the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy that I wanted with the exterior and interior color and trim. I actually shopped it around to about 10 dealerships. They were all very nice, and I actually received a quote from about four or five of them. However, I had already developed a very good relationship with one of the salesmen at Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola, a Mr. Dean Sinibaldi. I had been planning on buying a car for several months and had actually talked to Dean last fall. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Palisade, a Telluride, one of the Toyota SUVs, or a Traverse. However, after much research, I called Dean and scheduled a test drive. Dean is a consummate salesman, wearing a suit and looking very dapper. I told him upfront that I was looking for the best deal I could get and that I had shopped this around. This did not seem to throw him off in the least, and he assured me to bring any other offers that I had gotten, and he would beat them. I have really studied the car business for the last four or five cars that I bought and feel like I can recognize a good deal when I see one. I knew I wanted the six-cylinder Palisade and not the hybrid. I also wanted the all-wheel drive in titanium gray with a black interior. Unfortunately, I went in at the end of the month, and they did not have a four-wheel-drive model in stock in the colors I wanted. However, after speaking with Dean, he advised me that, given that we live in the deep South, this probably wasn't something that I really needed and would just tack on another $2000 to the price. In addition, he pointed out that this was just something else that would have to be maintained and would also slightly decrease the car's gas mileage. After thinking about it for just a minute or two, I knew he was right. Otherwise, they had a brand-new 2026 Calligraphy just off the truck with Ectronic Grey metallic pearl paint and a black interior. With a very minimum of negotiation, Dean asked me what I wanted to pay for the vehicle, and we immediately struck a deal. He then passed me off to John Fejeran of the finance department who went through all the options of any extended warranties and options that I wanted. Again, this was fairly painless, and I thought John was very straight up with me. He did strongly recommend having the windows tinted (which is a significant purchase, particularly if you get the ceramic tint which offers the best ultraviolet protection.) I was thinking to myself, here's where my great deal is going out the window. The other issue was that this was done by a third party who is only there on Wednesdays, which would require me to come back to the dealership for a third time, so I declined. However, after getting home, I researched the issue on Grok, and I must say that every point he made was backed up regarding the UV provided protection of the interior and electronics, which are abundant. Subsequently, I had this done at home for the same price quoted there with the ceramic tint. Another advantage of this is that you really cannot see on the outside what's in the rear of the vehicle! After receiving the car and driving it for a couple weeks I've been extremely satisfied. It is a fantastic SUV and is very big and comfortable. I'm into tech, and it is "scattered, covered, and smothered" in that regard as well. I even received a very nice phone call from Allen Turner, the owner of the dealership who actually grew up very close to where I live. I have nothing but very nice things to say about the car, the service, and the whole purchasing process. Rave Reviews for Dean Sinadaldi and John Fejeran- and don't forget Allen Tuner! Great Folks!
