What is positive is that it is on Staten Island. All the workers are respectful. It is obvious they need to sell as much as they can. Ebeneze did spend time with me and let me decide without the usual pressure. A pleasant experience. I wasn't happy that Dana creates this purposeful wall between buyer salesman and finance. There is never 3 together at one time to make things move along smooth and unbroken as far as communication. I'm pissed that I gave permission for a hard enquiry with finding a loan that matched the loan approval I brought with me from an outside bank. I ended up with 4 hits that I didn't know the loan officer was doing. This is how Dana pressures the system. So my review of Dana is not so good. The sales people can only do Dana' s Bidding. So look at management for it to correct itself. More
