I went for my routine maintenance, which included an oil/filter change, as well as an AC repair covered by my extended warranty. Everything was taken care of in a single visit. Unfortunately, there was oil/filter change, as well as an AC repair covered by my extended warranty. Everything was taken care of in a single visit. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a technical hiccup, and it took them longer than expected, but they gave me a discount for the extra wait before I even asked. I was kept informed throughout the process, and John was consistently professional and courteous. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived I checked in. After I asked John (that’s what his name tag read” if they could check the AC fluid to make sure it would cool my car because i arrived I checked in. After I asked John (that’s what his name tag read” if they could check the AC fluid to make sure it would cool my car because it was not really cooling. He replied rather snarky that I would need to pay $280 to get that checked. I asked if they could just add fluid or coolant and he replied, again with attitude, “sure we may have some laying around” Okay sir… I do not like to post negative reviews, but if I’m paying for a-service, you could at least, be nice. Not sure if I’ll give this place another try. More

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but after several disappointing visits, I feel it’s necessary. The communication is poor, interactions are rushed, and the customer service is consistently lac several disappointing visits, I feel it’s necessary. The communication is poor, interactions are rushed, and the customer service is consistently lacking. On top of that, no car wash service is offered. This is why I always hesitate to come back. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others. More

I recently (3-31-25) bought a pre-owned Audi A4 from Honda on Grand, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Isai Razo was my salesperson, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The car had a couple of electronic issues, but Isai handled them quickly and professionally. On top of that, the car came with mismatched tires — Isai made sure all four were replaced so they matched. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend Honda on Grand and especially Isai Razo. Great service, honest people, and a smooth buying experience. More
