I had extremely diligent contact and service from the start. The inventory was spot on and service couldn't have been better! Re calls Brought my 2014 ram 1500 in for 3 recalls. Told service dept to also check emergency brake. Called me back said emergency brake needs to be adjusted. Brought my 2014 ram 1500 in for 3 recalls. Told service dept to also check emergency brake. Called me back said emergency brake needs to be adjusted. Also said my rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced because of the emergency brake. 750 dollars for brakes and rotors in rear. I laughed at him. Told him just do the recalls. Took truck to my regular mechanic. Adjusted emergency brake. Said rotors and pads are good. What’s going on in the service department. More
