Both of these individuals were outstanding and assisted me in completing the process of trading in my former Highlander and purchasing a new 2016 Highlander. I had been attempting to complete such a transaction for quite some to and was not gaining any traction. John was very much interested in helping me make a deal. Anthony was a breath of fresh air making sure all details were met. The finance manager was also outstanding and cared for all items necessary making this a very painless transaction.
