Great and fast service! I contacted D&M Leasing on a Tuesday morning (email inquiry) and was contacted by John Conn that afternoon. On Wednesday evening he delivered my new 2 I contacted D&M Leasing on a Tuesday morning (email inquiry) and was contacted by John Conn that afternoon. On Wednesday evening he delivered my new 2017 Jeep Wrangler 75th Anniversary model to my driveway and took away my old car. I had no idea a deal for a new car could be done that fast and efficiently. John then contacted my on Friday to let me know he had taken it upon himself to contact KIA to cancel my extended warranty which resulted in almost $900 being refunded to me. He did not have to do this but he did and I really appreciate his extra efforts on my behalf. More

Exceptional experience, total satisfaction! I have dealt with John Conn 6 times over the last eighteen months. Twice he tried to help me find a good used SUV but we couldn't make a match. Twice I have dealt with John Conn 6 times over the last eighteen months. Twice he tried to help me find a good used SUV but we couldn't make a match. Twice he helped me price used cars that I was looking at from another source. Obviously, this wasn't beneficial to John because I was buying from someone else. But he helped me anyway. Next he helped me try to find a truck for one of my sons. Son didn't want truck John found. Thus, he had helped me five times with no sale for him.
