As always a great service experience, went in for oil change,tire rotation and inspection for trip. Met with asst service manager Frank Nash, got me in quickly,great conversation, talked to the tech (For change,tire rotation and inspection for trip. Met with asst service manager Frank Nash, got me in quickly,great conversation, talked to the tech (Forgot his name) really nice young man, he did the job, Frank came to talk after inspection and vehicle definitely, needed new wiper blades which they replaced. thing about Toyota's in general they don't need a lot of service, however if you maintain them, the vehicles last. Oaklawn Toyota maintained my 2002 Rav4 we got over 245,000 miles on it before we sold it to but this 2020 rav4 hybrid,and we bought in from oaklawn Toyota. The service manager Juan Vasquez even came out of his office to give a friendly greeting and making sure vehicle was being taken care of. You can buy a vehicle anywhere but we always get a fair price and great service that is why Oaklawn Toyota is our go to place. Would highly recommend, if your looking for honesty, competence, and techs that know what they are doing this is the place to go! Thank you Oaklawn toyota!! More

I have never had such fast service as I did on April 26. My 7 month old 2021 Rav4 did not start. I contacted the service center around 7:10 am and by 8:30 my car was being towed to the dealership. By 1 My 7 month old 2021 Rav4 did not start. I contacted the service center around 7:10 am and by 8:30 my car was being towed to the dealership. By 11:00 it was ready to be picked up. Excellent service and time was taken to explain the problem to me and answer my questions. More

I see there are a number of positive reviews regarding this dealership, our experience was quite different. I don’t ever take the time to write reviews, but in regards to this business, I feel it is impor this dealership, our experience was quite different. I don’t ever take the time to write reviews, but in regards to this business, I feel it is important to warn others. The reality is that these sales people are pretending to be your best friend as they are trying to get the money out of your pocket, we all know that. What truly matters, is how they behave after they have your money and there is a problem. We purchased a used vehicle from them that had a couple of issues that we noticed when we arrived that they told us they would resolve when we got home. They assured us that they are good guys, and they will make things right. Just get it in the shop when we get back and they will take care of it. We take it to the shop, at the dealership we were told the check engine light was illuminated because of a crimped wire. Actually, It was a transmission light illuminated by an actual error. Either the service department is incompetent or they lied to get this car that needs four to five thousand dollars of work off their lot. The mechanics are shocked that this Toyota was purchased at a Toyota dealership and has this level of issues that should have been corrected before offered for sale. They are supposed to have a checklist, they don’t use it, or this car wouldn’t have been sold to us. If they got fleeced it shouldn’t be my responsibility to pay for it, it is theirs. This is their profession that they do daily and have a full staff to inspect vehicles and identify issues with their purchases or trades. If they make a bad deal then it is on them to rectify, as they should have a high standard for the Toyota brand. Even if that means they lose money in the process, that’s the business they are in. I know a used car will have some minor issues or blemishes, but four to five thousand dollars? They didn’t call me once, not to offer assistance or how they could rectify the situation, but they sure did text me asking me to write a good review. They left everything up to me to act as the middleman between them and the mechanic. At this point, the car had all these issues and they were not going to do what was right. We would have to make the trek back to return it. Fortunately for us, we caught the issues, this car will be unfixed and pawned off on some other unfortunate person, that’s why they didn’t fix the issues when we discovered them. To add insult to this whole deal, we had to fight to get them to reimburse us for the diagnostic work that they told us to do when we got back home. We were told “That it was my car” & “You shouldn’t have driven the car off the lot.” I took that to mean that we shouldn’t have accepted the promises they were making were truthful, that’s pretty telling of how this dealership operates. Their warranty on used vehicles reflects how little they stand behind the vehicles on their lot. Congratulations to all those that have had a good experience. But by reading the past reviews, it seems they do this fairly regularly, a small enough amount to not cause them too many negative reviews. Simply pass off a deal they got soaked on to a couple unsuspecting customers that trust the Toyota name. What do a couple bad reviews matter when they can ratio them out with the positive reviews that they beg for. Hopefully your experience will be good, but for some of you, it definitely will not be. A lot of the negative reviews are followed up with words about their high standards, these are just words to try and make these reviews sound better, that they care, that they take them seriously. Read them, the same names keep popping up, the same situations, time and time again; it’s a pattern that they have no desire to change. It’s how this dealership runs and the state of their facility shows their lack of concern with making actual improvements for their customers. This is who they are and they are fine with that.
