This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and nee managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers! More

Many people hate dealerships, because many play games and are not serious with giving you the actual price,and are very deceptive! When we came to this dealership where we have purchased other vehicles we ha are not serious with giving you the actual price,and are very deceptive! When we came to this dealership where we have purchased other vehicles we had another pleasant experience. We finally got our Toyota Rav4, and it takes awhile to get, look at dealers lots everywhere, so barren empty. We had to order this vehicle and wait, however whenever I took my other Toyota in for service oil changes, tire rotations we checked with Bob Spee and Mark Girlich the manager to "check status." Every time we were never "shuffled away,' they kept us informed of progress of this great vehicle. Picked up the vehicle last Saturday 03Jul22, Bob Spee was busy, the dealership was active, however we were taken care of quickly. Then on to the dreaded Finance dept where we had the fortunate luck to have Dominik as the finance guy. He went through the paperwork,explained everything, did not lie about anything, told us the truth and played no games. You can buy a vehicle anywhere however Oaklawn Toyota treats you like family in all aspects. The service team led by a young service manager Juan Velazquez, and the service assistant manager we have dealt with a couple of times Frank Nash make getting your reliable Toyota taken care of make this also an experience where they care about you and your vehicle. will also see the owner Ron Colosimo in the showroom, greeting customers he has been there from the start and still comes in and shows his desire to keep his longtime,and new customers happy! You can spend you money that you work for in many places, but if you feel good, and are made like family the experience makes it just that much better! The salesman takes the time to explain everything,and yes there are many "supply chain" issues everywhere, this old style way of keeping customers #1 is great in a time where everything is "hurry up," when your spending this kind of money you have to feel your getting the best of all worlds and here this is exactly what is given. Highly recommend this dealership, try it you will not be disappointed,and you get a great vehicle, read for instance consumer reports and look at how highly Toyota is ranked!
