Joseph, the Asst Service Mgr is awesome. He tells you only what you need, does not upsell you for services you don't need and goes out of his way to help. i came for a recall from Acura. The appointment was so easy. I came in and immediately met a someone who said hello and discussed my rental car for the day. The service department is efficient, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Appointments are easy to make online or by phone. Cosmo and Chris at island acura in wantagh did the unbelievable for me. In an hour time they got me into a car ,, paperwork and the car detailed , completely done.
