I just purchased a car from here yesterday, and it has been nothing but amazing. This is our second purchase from Kia of Carson. We came here after having a bad experience at another location, and I would been nothing but amazing. This is our second purchase from Kia of Carson. We came here after having a bad experience at another location, and I would go out of my way to come here, even though it’s further from us. Joey was our salesperson, and he was very patient. Not once was she pushy with anything, and she was very knowledgeable. This is my first EV purchase, so she helped go over everything. I always joked to my husband about wanting a car with a bow on it, and so he did it when we were still inside, wrapping things up with the finance team. He even helped us set up the app and get the car set up before I drove off. Danny and Takin from the finance team were equally amazing and knowledgeable. Takin was hilarious and would follow up to make sure we were okay with everything. They were both very friendly and took their time to go over all my questions. It was nice going to a place where nothing felt pushed. They kept asking if I was happy with the car and offered me to try their other vehicles if I wanted. I’ve had my fair share of overly aggressive sales tactics in the past and appreciated the kind customer service here. They do take care of you. More

We had been looking for a specific model, color, trim, and options for Kia for over a month. Finally found what we wanted at Kia of Carson. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and competent. We came in the next day. The place is clean. Our salesman even offered us water. Purchasing was quick considering all the paperwork. We did not finance which made it even quicker. They didn't offer KBB value for our trade-in but we didn't feel like negotiating. In and out in about 2 hours with a brand new Wolf Gray 2023 Sorento. They have been following up to see how we are doing, how we enjoy the car, and if we have any questions. Extremely satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend. For all my services no doubt!!'
